INGREDIENTS
1 bunch cilantro
5 garlic cloves
3 large jalapenos, chopped
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt, more to taste
1/3 cup olive oil, or until desired consistency
1 lemon, juiced
METHOD
Combine cilantro, lemon juice, jalapenos, garlic, spices and salt in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. While the motor is still running, slowly add in your oil; process until well combined.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in pepper flakes.
