Chicken Alfredo

always reminds me of ‘the holiday’. perfect snow day pasta.

INGREDIENTS

Fettuccine pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 stick butter

2 cups heavy whipping cream

4 ounces cream cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt

Pepper

METHOD

Season the chicken breasts with s&p + garlic powder. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Set aside. Slice if ya want.

In a saucepan, add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted.

Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt/onion salt, and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until well combined.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.

Toss fettuccine noodles in your Alfredo sauce.

Serve the chicken on top.
